On November 12, 2024, the "Chongqing Small Hydropower Green Transformation and Modernization Project Reserve Symposium" organized by the Chongqing Water Resources Bureau was successfully held in Chongqing, with dozens of units participating, including water resources bureaus, hydropower development companies, and hydropower station owners from major districts and counties in Chongqing. Deputy Director Wang Debin of the Chongqing Water Resources Bureau, Director Ou Chuanqi of the International Small Hydropower Center, Deputy Director Jin Huapin of the Rural Electrification Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources, Director Kong Deshu of the Chongqing Rural Water Resources and Hydropower Center, Senior Manager Chen Changpei of the Chongqing Rural Water Resources and Hydropower Center, and many entrepreneurs attended the meeting. Jiang Jie, President of New Century Group, and Sun Xiaojing, General Manager of New Shijie Electric, were invited to participate.
The meeting was hosted by Director Kong of the Chongqing Rural Water Resources and Hydropower Center of the Chongqing Water Resources Bureau. First, Deputy Director Wang Debin of the Chongqing Water Resources Bureau presented the notice and requirements regarding the development of small hydropower green transformation and modernization project reserves. Director Ou introduced the relevant policies and work deployment of the Ministry of Water Resources regarding small hydropower green transformation and modernization. Director Jin of the Rural Electrification Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources introduced advanced experiences in property management of small hydropower in other provinces and cities. Sun Xiaojing, General Manager of Chongqing New Shijie Electric, delivered a special report on "System Solutions for Small Hydropower Green Transformation and Modernization." Finally, leaders from various district and county water resources bureaus and project units reported on the progress of project implementation, existing problems, and next steps, and conducted on-site discussions and exchanges.

This intelligent screen has technical advantages such as independent power generation, collaborative control, safety disaster recovery, comprehensive protection, proactive defense, status monitoring, intelligent diagnosis, mobile monitoring, and remote operation and maintenance, making it a key device for achieving unattended and closed-door operation of low-pressure unit hydropower stations.

In the remote intelligent operation and maintenance management platform demonstration area, all attending leaders and guests listened to and watched the software of the green hydropower smart centralized control operation and maintenance management platform, which focused on demonstrating advanced technical functions such as digital twin of river basin cascades, regional hydropower clusters, smart power generation, intelligent operation, intelligent maintenance, smart photovoltaics, intelligent security, intelligent alarms, intelligent inspections, fault diagnosis, temperature prediction, and the four predictions of hydropower. Subsequently, they also visited the remote technical service center for duty operation and maintenance.
