  • The XSJ-1360 small unit integrated system is a comprehensive automation device designed with intelligent software and functions such as microcomputer protection, monitoring, synchronization and grid connection, temperature measurement, speed measurement, water level collection, generator excitation, turbine speed regulation, and control of public and auxiliary equipment. It integrates products like circuit breakers and switches into a unified system. This system can meet the user needs for one-click operation of small hydropower stations.

    It allows for quick automatic grid connection, power generation based on water levels, and the "unmanned operation" requirements of hydropower stations.
    The application of the XSJ-1360 small unit integrated system is beneficial for reducing personnel and increasing efficiency, improving the reliability and safety of small hydropower station automation systems, and achieving intelligent, informational, and modernized operation, maintenance, and management of the entire power station.

    It is suitable for newly built power stations with a generator output voltage level of 0.4kV and for the efficiency enhancement and capacity expansion renovation of hydropower stations.

  • High Integration

    Adopting an integrated design of one machine and one screen, with high integration, the unit protection, measurement and control, synchronization, automatic control, and excitation automatic adjustment functions are integrated into the intelligent device, and designed on the same screen with the machine-side circuit breaker, excitation power circuit, isolation switch, etc.

    Management Informatization

    It has powerful information management for the operation control, accident protection, measurement, and automation system of all station equipment, with information display and remote data interaction, and supports GPRS Mobile SMS reporting.

    Operational Intelligence

    With a high degree of intelligence, in automatic start-stop mode, it automatically detects start-stop conditions, completes the start-stop process automatically, has operational modes such as automatic power generation according to given load and automatic power generation operation according to water level, and has functions like emergency shutdown and accident shutdown.

    Simplified Operation

    The protection customization of each device, control parameters are written in before leaving the factory and verified by experiments, maintenance is convenient without special tools, operating personnel can use it after simple training, and the device is designed in a modular and componentized way, making component replacement easy without moving the wiring on the terminals; users only need to connect according to the diagram to put it into operation.

  • Relay protection function

    The system has directional current instantaneous protection, directional time-limited current instantaneous protection, overcurrent protection, overload protection, negative sequence overcurrent protection, zero sequence overvoltage protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, frequency protection, loss of excitation protection, non-electric quantity protection, and other functions.

    Monitoring function

    The system mainly monitors three-phase current, three-phase phase voltage, zero sequence voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, generator frequency, system frequency, etc., DC analog measurement (0-5V or 4-20mA), residual voltage frequency measurement, temperature measurement, and switch quantity monitoring.

    Control function

    The system has automation control functions such as automatic power generation according to water level, automatic adjustment according to given power, automatic start-stop control of units, automatic synchronization closing, remote control of circuit breaker tripping, unit accident shutdown, emergency shutdown control, and manual reactive and non-reactive adjustment functions.

    Excitation regulation function

    The system has functions such as constant voltage control, automatic tracking of grid voltage, constant excitation current control, manual excitation adjustment, constant reactive power control, constant power factor control, and automatic transition to constant power factor control after grid connection.

    Communication function

    Supports multiple RS485 and Ethernet communication, supports MODBUS standard protocol and custom protocol. Also supports GPS time calibration and GPRS Mobile text message function.

    Others

    The system also has human-machine interface display, control loop disconnection monitoring, TV disconnection, power monitoring, event recording, fault recording, system self-diagnosis, self-recovery, and other functions.

    Mobile management

    The system supports information release, human-machine interaction, and process operation through mobile terminals, achieving mobile office for the automation operation, maintenance, and management of small hydropower stations.
