- The XSJ-1300WT microcomputer speed controller is a high oil pressure microcomputer speed control system aimed at small and medium-sized hydropower station generator sets. Its electrical regulation device is a new type of turbine regulation controller based on programmable control and modular design, featuring functions such as water machine control and adjustment, online monitoring and fault self-diagnosis, fault tolerance, system communication (supporting IEC 61850 communication), and human-machine interface.This product is the latest high-reliability, powerful turbine speed control system equipment developed by the company, capable of meeting the design technical requirements for unattended or unmanned hydropower stations, and is one of the important devices for intelligent hydropower stations.This product is suitable for single-machine capacities of 100MW and below for various types of turbines (mixed flow, axial flow, through flow, impulse, etc.) for single and dual regulation systems, and is also suitable for unattended or unmanned hydropower station systems.The application of the microcomputer speed controller can improve the reliability and stability of turbine speed control, which is beneficial for the safe and reliable operation of hydropower generator sets, and can enhance the intelligence and informatization level of hydropower turbine speed control.Typical application: Huiming Power Station
1) Good fault tolerance
Optimized control to achieve safe and stable operation of the hydroelectric generator under conditions of generator speed feedback signal failure, stroke feedback signal failure, head signal failure, hydraulic signal failure, and power supply abnormalities.
2) High reliability
The use of strong anti-interference electrical design, including strong and weak current isolation, filtering, dual power supply, fault protection, and outlet safety locking, along with a highly reliable hydraulic device, has improved the reliability of the governor.
3) Good scalability
Designed with expandable modules and dual machine configuration mode, hardware modular design allows flexible configuration of modules for different units, while supporting various communication interfaces and protocols for easy system integration.
4) Intelligent debugging
Features a user-friendly graphical human-machine interface and rich event and debugging information, capable of automatically conducting various tests and selecting corresponding parameters; it can automatically perform test recording functions, generate test data, and provide test results. Flexible configuration and easy to use.
1) Control and Adjustment Functions
lIt has frequency adjustment mode, power adjustment mode, and opening adjustment mode, and automatically selects according to different working conditions.
lThe hydroelectric generator set operates stably under no-load, power generation, phase adjustment, shutdown, and manual conditions.
lDuring no-load operation, the unit frequency automatically tracks the system frequency according to the preset frequency difference.
lIt has dual input for automatic head and manual head, which can be set through the interface, effectively overcoming the impact of head fluctuations and level transmitter failures, ensuring disturbance-free switching.
lIt can real-time correct the starting opening, no-load opening, opening limit, and coordination curve according to the head.
lIt has both local control and remote control functions, manual and automatic control, ensuring no disturbance in load during control switching.
lThe change in the stroke of the guide vane relay caused by switching between two power sources does not exceed 0.2% of the full stroke, and the change in the relay stroke caused by switching between "automatic-manual" control mode does not exceed 0.2% of the full stroke. The dual microcomputer system switching meets the requirement that load changes do not exceed 0.3% of the full stroke.
2) Online Monitoring and Fault Self-Diagnosis
Online monitoring of power supply, guide vane, blade fault status, machine frequency, grid frequency, guide vane motor limit, oil level, pressure, relay position, oil pump status, solenoid valve status, control circuit monitoring, PLC battery voltage, and follower system faults, with abnormal or fault alarms.
3) System Communication
It has RS485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, supports communication protocols such as IEC 61850 and MODBUS, and supports dual network communication.
4) Human-Machine Interface
It can achieve human-machine interaction of the governor system through a large LCD touch screen and buttons, monitoring, querying, operating, and controlling.
