XSJ-1330 Water Machine Intelligent Protection Device (Hydraulic Generator Intelligent Protection Device), an economical intelligent protection device that integrates measurement, communication, diagnosis, control, and protection. It achieves accident shutdown protection and emergency shutdown protection for hydraulic generators and their supporting equipment.
The device is divided into two parts: microcomputer protection and hard circuit protection. The functions of microcomputer protection and hard circuit protection are controlled through interlocking. The operating protection program will achieve automatic protection when the input meets the design logic requirements, or traditional water machine hard circuit protection can be achieved through printed circuit methods.

1) Basic Functions
Incoming measurement collection: 36 channels of incoming status collection.
Outgoing control: 10 channels of outgoing protection control.
Alarm function: High bearing temperature, low oil pressure in the governor pressure tank, low oil level in the governor pressure tank, high temperature alarm for stator core and winding.
2) Advanced Functions
Emergency shutdown: In case of unit overspeed, low oil pressure in the governor accident, low oil level in the governor accident, shear pin breakage, emergency shutdown button controls the shutdown action in emergencies to protect the water machine.
Accident shutdown: In case of high bearing temperature, high temperature of stator core and winding, interruption of main shaft seal water, interruption of bearing cooling water, serious governor failure, (bulb) interruption of oil flow in unit bearings, (bulb) low oil level in unit combined bearings, (bulb) high water level in unit bulb head, (bulb) low oil level in unit high-level oil tank, (water pump turbine) high temperature of main shaft seal, (water pump turbine) high temperature of leakage ring, low position of inlet quick gate, interruption of water supply to water-lubricated guide bearings, electrical accidents, accident shutdown button controls the shutdown action in case of accidents to protect the water machine.
3) Fault Diagnosis
High bearing temperature alarm: Alarm display when high bearing temperature signal is detected.
Low oil pressure alarm in governor pressure tank: Alarm display when low oil pressure signal in governor pressure tank is detected.
Low oil level alarm in governor pressure tank: Alarm display when low oil level signal in governor pressure tank is detected.
High temperature alarm for stator core and winding: Alarm display when high temperature signal for stator core and winding is detected.
4) Communication Functions
Device supports RS-485 communication: 2 485 and 1 232 interfaces, one 485 port is reserved, the other 485 port uses custom Modbus 7000 protocol communication; 232 port is for debugging.
