    The smart water management system consists of three parts: field sub-stations, communication networks, and regulatory centers. The field sub-stations include sub-station equipment such as water supply source wells, water plants, water supply pipelines, and user terminals, responsible for collecting on-site data information such as water level, water volume, pressure, water quality, pumps, gates, electricity, and images, and transmitting it to the water service regulatory center through the communication network. The communication network includes various communication devices and channels, both wired (telecommunication or fiber optic communication) and wireless (GPRS/3G/4G, Internet, etc.), responsible for data information exchange between field sub-stations and the regulatory center. The regulatory center includes workstations, servers, video hosts, and smart water monitoring management system software, responsible for processing, displaying, operating, and applying various data information transmitted from field sub-stations, achieving functions such as map water information, real-time data monitoring, remote monitoring of sub-stations, data anomaly warning, water service report management, production energy consumption management, equipment information management, WEB information publishing, application interface specifications, system operation management, mobile management of water information, comprehensive information service platform, water supply pipeline scheduling management, intelligent statistical analysis of pipelines, marketing data analysis system, and smart water supply WeChat public platform.

    Project overview: Wusheng Aizhong Water Service First Water Plant: The raw water source is the Jialing River, with a process design scale of 30,000 m3/d; Second Water Plant: The existing water supply scale of the second water plant is 30,000 m3/d, with a total water supply of about 210,000 people.

     Construction content: 1. The existing systems of the first water plant (Wangye Miao, Wangjiang), second water plant, and intake (Baitao Village) are integrated into a new system, with a clear layout and simple operation; the new system can control all remotely controllable equipment of the existing first and second water plants and Baitan intake; 2. Upgrade of the water plant monitoring system; 3. Addition of six sets of online water quality testing equipment.

     
  • 1) Basic technical conditions for water resource monitoring equipment (SL426-2008), hydrological remote sensing terminal (SL 180-2015), technical requirements for the reliability of hydrological instruments (GB/T18185-2014), and water resource monitoring data transmission protocol (SZY206-2016) and other normative requirements.

    The water service "one map" is based on surveying, planning geographic information platforms, and user water service thematic map data. Through GIS geographic information systems and GPS positioning systems, users can conveniently query and browse water level, flow, water quality, and other water service data information from various water sources, water plants, and pipeline networks, as well as the geographical location information of equipment facilities such as gates and pumps, meteorological information, key operating parameters, equipment information, and management information.

    2) Real-time Data Monitoring

    Real-time monitoring of reservoir water levels, rainfall, storage capacity, pump station operational information, water plant process flow, water quality, water production volume, supply volume, equipment, etc.; pump station operational information, water supply water quality, pressure, flow, water level, and other information.

    3) Substation Remote Monitoring

    Realize on-site or remote monitoring of water pumps or gates at various measurement and control stations, remote operation of equipment, and parameter setting monitoring functions.

    4) Substation Image Monitoring

    Realize image monitoring of equipment facilities and meteorological environment in key areas such as water sources, water plants, and pump stations.

    5) Data Statistical Analysis

    Realize statistical analysis of water level, flow, water volume, water quality, pressure, electrical quantity, and other data at each measurement point of various measurement and control stations, helping users manage the water service situation of each measurement and control station, and make scientific use and decisions.

    6) Data Anomaly Early Warning

    Based on historical data, equipment status, and operational trend curves, realize forecast management and automated control of operational data, automatically analyze and judge, and when data exceeds limits or equipment anomalies occur, automatic voice warnings will be issued to remind users to check and handle in a timely manner.
